Splitwise Pro Influencer Offer – One Free Month

We are excited to offer new users of Splitwise Pro an offer of one free month of the Splitwise Pro service (the “Offer”)! The Offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Offer is being promoted by various influencers through their social media channels. In order to take advantage of the Offer, you need to click through the promotional link (each, an “Offer Link”) posted by the influencer or provide Splitwise with the Offer code publicized by the influencer (“Offer Code”). The Offer Link and Offer Code are referred to below as the “Redemption Mechanism”.

The Offer will be effective for ninety days, starting on the applicable influencer’s original posting date (the “Offer Period”).

The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions listed below. By participating in our Offer, you agree as follows:

  1. Offer Details

    If you are a new customer of the Splitwise Pro service and you sign up for a Splitwise Pro subscription through a Redemption Mechanism during the Offer Period, you will receive 1 month of Splitwise Pro free of charge. The offer is available exclusively to new customers who have not previously registered for the Splitwise Pro service.

  2. Eligibility

    To qualify for this Offer, you must:
    • Access the sign-up process using a participating influencer’s Redemption Mechanism
    • Complete the registration process for Splitwise Pro
    • Be a new Splitwise Pro subscriber. To note, you can be new to the Splitwise free service or you can be an existing user of the Splitwise free service. The key is that you haven’t already signed-up for Splitwise Pro.
    The Offer is not available to:
    • Current Splitwise Pro subscribers
    • Users who have previously subscribed to Splitwise Pro (including those whose subscription has lapsed or been cancelled)
    • Users who do not use the designated Redemption Mechanism at time of sign-up
    Splitwise reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

  3. Redemption

    • Eligible users will receive 1 month of Splitwise Pro for free, automatically applied upon successful registration through a Redemption Mechanism during the Offer Period.
    • If you don’t want to continue with Splitwise Pro after the first free month, you will need to cancel your subscription. If you haven’t cancelled your subscription, you will be charged the standard recurring subscription fee starting at the end of the free month.
    • To note, month-to-month Splitwise Pro users can cancel at any time through their account settings. Annual subscribers may cancel at any time but will not receive a refund of any portion of the annual subscription fee.

  4. Offer Duration

    This Offer is valid for the Offer Period described above. Splitwise reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time, with or without notice.

    Only one Offer may be redeemed per user.

  5. Miscellaneous

    • This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
    • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
    • Use of Splitwise and Splitwise Pro is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
